Subject to availability, female tertiary students may apply for accommodation at Madre Nazarena Student's House for one of the following periods of residency starting in December - February or in July for mid-year intakes:

• 10 months, or
• 12 months

Students will have the opportunity to apply to renew their residency at MNSH before the end of the period they have indicated on their most recent Application Form.

Note: All fees are in Australian dollars

Room fees

We have the following types of single rooms.  Fees per room are as follows:

• 23 Standard rooms ($1069 per calendar month)
• 4 Medium rooms ($1104 per calendar month)
• 2 Large rooms ($1127 per calendar month)

Additional house fees

Charges apply for use of certain facilities such as car parking bay and laundry coin-operated machines.

Holding fee

$100 non-refundable fee is payable when you submit your application.

This fee affirms your intention to book accommodation at Madre Nazarena Student's House and for the processing of your application. If your application is successful, the holding fee amount will be deducted from your first rental payment.

• Local students: Use electronic banking or make a cheque payable to Madre Nazarena Student's House
• Overseas students: Transfer your fee via electronic banking
