The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few; pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest to send workers into his harvest. (Mt 9:37-38; Lk 10:2) |

Our mission in the Philippines began in Manila in 1978. After two years of pastoral care in schools, parishes and universities, the first two girls entered the novitiate. In 1980 the first of our activities were underway. These were a dental clinic, a paediatric clinic to help mothers and children, family counselling, a nutrition centre for undernourished children, a nursery school and classes in sewing, tailoring and dressmaking. The Holy Spirit has continued to enrich the Rogate seed abundantly and development and expansion is ongoing. ![]() Today there are several communities that continue the work of the beginnings. To these we have to add the spirituality centre, other schools, a centre for children from family problem homes, catechetical work and the Union of Prayer for Vocations (UPV). These communities are part of the Our Lady of Divine Zeal Delegation. The Philippines is an archipelago. Catholicism is the main religion but it needs to grow through a witness of solidarity and love for the poor. Here too we have a land where the harvest is great but the workers... are few!
