The Priestly Alliance for Vocations (PAV) was founded by Saint Annibale Maria Di Francia on 22 November 1897. This association is intended to unite the clergy - bishops and priests - in a deeper commitment to personal growth in their priestly spirituality through prayer and care for vocations.

Goal

The main idea of the PAV comes from the words of Jesus: "Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest to send workers into his harvest." (Mt 9:38; Lk 10:2) For this purpose the members of the PAV commit themselves to:
