Have you ever felt that no matter how much you had or did in life, there was still a yearning in your soul for something - or Someone - more? In amidst the hustle and bustle of daily living, a longing to serve and love God and others, with deeper meaning and purpose, grows within your heart...

Will you open your heart to the loving voice of our Lord who is inviting you to "come and follow me" (Mk 10:21)?

A vocation, especially to religious life, is a divine call. Listen to the words given to us in the Bible:

"I am the light of the world... Whoever follows me will have the light of life and will never walk in darkness." (Jn 8:12) "You did not choose me; I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit, the kind of fruit that endures." (Jn 15:16) ...God in his grace chose me even before I was born, and called me to serve him. (Gal 1:15) God has made us what we are, and in our union with Christ Jesus he has created us for a life of good deeds... (Eph 2:10) We know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose. (Rom 8:28) I ask that your minds may be opened to see his light, so that you will know what is the hope to which he has called you... (Eph 1:18)

Jesus tells us to pray for workers to be sent into the harvest. Might not God be calling you to be one of those workers in his harvest?
